1. Eligibility for Returns and Replacements
We do not accommodate return requests. However, we offer replacements for books with multiple missing pages. We do not accept cancellations due to changes of mind.
2. Replacement Process
Upon receiving genuine proof of multiple missing pages in the delivered book, we will dispatch a new book from our end
3. Cancellation Before Dispatch
For orders canceled before dispatch, a 100% total refund will be provided. You will receive your refund through the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Cancellation After Dispatch
In cases of cancellations after dispatch, shipping and handling charges (which may account for 20-70% of the total order value) are non-refundable. The refund for such cancellations will be processed once the product is returned to us and verified to be in good condition.
5. Timeframe for Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the product's condition is verified, and you will be notified via WhatsApp or email once the refund is initiated.
